I strive to produce quality products, though sometimes with the nature of 3D printed parts, updates and revisions are needed.
This is why I have a plain and simple replacement program.

EXCHANGES & REPLACEMENTS:
Have a problem with your product?
If your product fails, breaks, doesn't fit or you feel the product is not as advertised,
please use the Contact page form to reach out to me.
I will replace broken or faulty products at no cost to you as long as the following are met:
You will reach out to me via the Contact Form.
Provide me your order #.
Provide me a message stating what the problem with the product is.
After contact is made and email correspondence is established:
You will send me a picture of the affected product.
At that time, I will ship you out a replacement product that is either equivalent to or better designed than your original.

RETURNS:
Returns and accepted within 60 days from time of purchase. Buyer will pay for the cost of return shipping. Buyer must provide seller tracking information to ensure return shipment reaches seller's address. Once the item(s) have been received and are in undamaged condition, seller will issue a full refund of the cost of the product.
